Indianapolis, IN (Sports Network) - The Indiana Pacers announced the signings of forward Shawne Williams and swingman James White on Tuesday. Per team policy, financial terms were not disclosed. The 6-foot-9, 225-pound Williams was the Pacers' No. 1 pick (17th overall) in the 2006 NBA Draft after averaging 13.2 points per game in his freshman year at the University of Memphis.
